Good Faith Estimate

All clients, who are uninsured or opting to self pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care with us, have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care.

Since we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an estimate prior to your first appointment.
